Join our virtual studio movement community!

Move and groove with Alyssa! We offer 50 minute virtual sessions each week. 

Session recordings will be available for one week after the original session.

Class Descriptions

 

Pilates

is a movement method that focuses on building core strength, stability, mobility, and coordination. This class is geared towards beginner/intermediate-level movers.

 

Cardio Rhythms

Cardio Rhythms, a dance-along movement format created to get your body moving, heart pumping and soul groovin'! This class is geared towards beginner/intermediate-level movers.

Building a home studio

Working out at home has its perks! It allows us to create a space at home where we can build a consistent movement practice.  Incorporate props helps us dive deeper in our practice. Checkout our list of props we recommend for building a home pilates studio!

We believe in making movement accessible and affordable. Join our virtual studio and train with us in the comfort of your own home. We offer virtual classes Monday - Thursday.
