April Class Themes

Pilates - This month we will be incorporating the pilates ring into our mat pilates practice. If you do not have a pilates ring you can substitute a pillow our loop resistance band for some of the exercises. Click here to purchase a pilates ring for your home studio. 

Cardio Rhythms - Are you a Rihanna or Ciara fan? Well you are in luck because this month we will be moving and grooving to their top songs. Make sure to follow us on Spotify to listen to our class playlists.

Class Descriptions


is a movement method that focuses on building core strength, stability, mobility, and coordination. This class is geared towards beginner/intermediate-level movers.


Cardio Rhythms

Cardio Rhythms, a dance-along movement format created to get your body moving, heart pumping and soul groovin'! This class is geared towards beginner/intermediate-level movers.


Jazz Technique Class

This class focuses the FUNdanmentals of jazz technique. musicality and improvisation. This class will help movers improve their movement vocabulary, alignment, execution, and endurance.


Choreography Workshop Series

This workshop series focuses on improving rhythm, stylized movement, and performance skills of various dance styles. Each month we will focus on learning longer dance combinations to build your performance skills. Workshop styles include: contemporary, heels, musical theater, hip hop. This class is geared towards intermediate to advanced dancers. It's best to sign up for this class if you plan to attend each week.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
I am certified to teach various pilates formats on the following apparatus': mat, reformer, cadillac, barrel, EXO chair, and springboard.

I want to try pilates but I don't know where to start. ​

If you are new to starting a pilates practice I suggest trying my virtual group classes. If you'd like to start with private lessons, I suggest booking a 30 minutes Intro Session.

I want to try pilates but I have an injury. How do I know if pilates is safe for me?

If you have any injuries I suggest consulting your health care provider and/or physical therapist. After you've been cleared,  I will be able to make an assessment and create modifications for your pilates practice.
