Let's focus on your personal goals and customize a movement program that works for you. We offer virtual and in-person private lessons in pilates and dance (jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, hip hop, musical theater and heels). What to expect from an intro session:
Intro sessions are an hour long. During an intro session we will go through a health questionnaire, movement history, and your personal goals for 1:1 training. We will finish the intro session with a short demo class so you can get you familiar with my teaching style.
