Move and groove with Alyssa! We offer four 50 minute virtual sessions each week. 

Session recordings will be available for one week after the original session. 

These classes are open to all levels. If you have any injuries or medical conditions please contact us prior to registering for class so we can see how we can best accommodate you. Email:

Tuesday |  Pilates 9:30-10:30am PST (mat pilates + assorted props)

Tuesday |  Cardio Rhythms 10:30-11:30am PST

Wednesday |  Pilates 9:30-10:30am PST (mat pilates + chair)

Join Virtual Studio Membership

We believe in making movement accessible and affordable. Join our virtual studio and train with us in the comfort of your own home. We offer virtual classes Monday - Wednesday.

Building a Home Studio

Working out at home has its perks! It allows us to create a space at home where we can build a consistent movement practice.  Incorporate props helps us dive deeper in our practice. Checkout our list of props we recommend for building a home pilates studio!
