Join us for 3 POP-UP mat pilates class this January! Class is open to all levels!

This class will feature 10 Fundamental Pilates Exercises: pelvic curl, chest lift, chest lift with rotation, spine twist, single leg stretch, roll up, rolling like a ball, leg circles. all fours, back extension.
