POP-UP Mat Pilates Class

Join us 2 POP-UP mat pilates classes this fall.  Class is open to all levels! 

When: Monday, September 2 and Monday, November 11th

Time: 12:00-1:00pm 

Where: Dancin Soul Boutique (Carlsbad, Ca) 

This class will feature 10 Fundamental Pilates Exercises: pelvic curl, chest lift, chest lift with rotation, spine twist, single leg stretch, roll up, rolling like a ball, leg circles. all fours, back extension.   This class is for you if... 

• you are interested in a low impact workout
• you enjoy working out in a group setting 
• want to meet other people who love the benefits of pilates
• you want to get more familiar with the movement vocabulary of the pilates method.
