Pilates In The Village (Summer Series)

Your midweek movement reset is here! Join us for a beginner friendly mat pilates class in the heart of Carlsbad Village!

Join us Wednesday evenings for a welcoming, small-group Pilates class designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your body. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to the fundamentals, this is a space to move at your own pace, learn with care, and build a practice supported by community. With only 10 people in each class, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance in an intimate, encouraging environment.
