Join us for a beginner friendly mat pilates class in the heart of Carlsbad Village!

This class will feature Fundamental Pilates Exercises: pelvic curl, chest lift, chest lift with rotation, spine twist, single leg stretch, roll up, rolling like a ball, leg circles. all fours, back extension.
