Movement in the Village: Pop-Up Mat Pilates + Step N Stride Meetup

Join Continuum Arts & Pilates and Soultry Sisters for a morning of mindful movement, community, and connection in Carlsbad!

Begin your morning with a welcoming Mat Pilates pop-up class led by Alyssa “Ajay” Junious of Continuum Arts & Pilates. This all-levels class will focus on intentional movement, core strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness. Modifications will be offered throughout class so you can move at a pace that feels supportive for your body.

After class, you’ll have 15 minutes to shop and support Village Rock Shop before joining Soultry Sisters for the Step N Stride Community Walk from 10:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

You’re welcome to participate in the Pilates class, the community walk, or both. Come move, connect, and spend your Saturday morning in community!
