Founder Story

My name is Alyssa "Ajay" Junious, and I am a San Diego-based artist, choreographer, pilates practitioner, and educator. I have over 10 years experience working in the dance, theater and commercial industry and as the founder of Continuum Arts & Pilates I combine my passions for arts and wellness to serve my community. As a pilates practitioner, I specialize in training competitive dancers, athletes, performing artists, and active aging adults. As a choreographer, I specialize in musicals, movement direction for actors, and entertainment for special events.
