Current Creative Adventures
Founder Alyssa “Ajay” Junious is currently in her final semester of graduate school at San Diego State University. Over the past two years, she has been studying Musical Theatre and will receive her Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre this May.
She is deeply grateful for her community of clients who have continued to support her small but mighty business. Being self-employed has allowed Ajay to pursue her passion while expanding her skill set as an arts educator, and she is excited to integrate all that she has learned into the offerings and programs at Continuum Arts & Pilates.
This summer, she will be opening additional bookings for the private Pilates studio, as well as offering a series of group Pilates and dance classes.

My name is Alyssa “Ajay” Junious, and I am a San Diego-based artist, choreographer, Pilates practitioner, and educator. With over 10 years of experience in the dance, theater, and commercial industries, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to my work that blends creativity, movement, and wellness.
As the founder of Continuum Arts & Pilates, I am dedicated to serving my community by integrating the arts with holistic physical practice. As a Pilates practitioner, I specialize in training competitive dancers, athletes, performing artists, and active aging adults, supporting both performance and longevity.
As a theater maker, my work includes directing, choreography, and intimacy direction, with a focus on creating thoughtful, dynamic, and collaborative environments. Additionally, as an entertainer, I offer commissioned solo and group performances for corporate and private events, tailoring each experience to meet the unique vision of my clients.
